Ali Brustofski is a 19 year old singer/songwriter from Oakland, NJ who was the NY Finalist on "The Next: Fame Is At Your Doorstep on The CW Network with Gloria Estefan, Joe Jonas, Nelly and John Rich. She is also the winner of the 2011 Z100 & State Farm Hometown Hero Contest, won the prestigious NY Songwriters Circle "Young Artist Award" in November of 2009, and she's been writing and recording original songs and covers ever since.
Ali began performing at 3 years old, with the first of many competition dance programs. At 10, she performed with a young Nick Jonas as "Brigitta" in her first professional show, "Sound of Music" at the The Paper Mill Playhouse in NJ. In 2003, Ali was hired by Nickelodeon and Little Airplane Productions to be the voice for Piper O'Possum, the host of their Nick Jr. daytime programming from 2003 to 2007.
Ali has been working with talented artists and producers to develop her own distinctive sound and record her first EP/Album. Her first single "Rewind" was featured on "The Voice" and in promos for the TV show iCarly on Nickelodeon. Ali's cover song videos has been featured all over the web, including three on RyanSeacrest.com and on iHeartRadio station websites across the country. Her covers of "Suit & Tie" and "ET" were played on-air nationally by Saturday Night Online, and she was a semifinalist in the MSG Varsity TV Talent Show. In December of 2011, Ali performed a full set at the Hammerstein Ballroom for the Z100 Jingle Ball Pre-Show with The Script, Gym Class Heroes, Hot Chelle Rae, Karmin & Mindless Behavior as Z100's Hometown Hero.
Ali has a large and growing fan base, with 209,000 YouTube subscribers from all over the world. Her first EP is almost finished and she will be releasing it soon. Ali will always "dream big", and she is working as hard as she can to make those dreams come true.
