Born Noelle Bean on August 26, 1991, Bean was raised in Nashville and, for the past six years, she has made her home in in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She writes her own music, personally describing it as “mainstream pop with a bit of the old 50s and 60s retro vibe.”
Bean was recently a part of the Macy’s/iHeart Radio Rising Star Campaign which featured the top 25 Indie acts across the country. She was also named one of the Top 5 Indie Acts of 2013, and Teen.com wrote Bean is “basically everything we look for in a new artist…that totally reminds us of a mix between Adele and Amy Winehouse.”
Although Bean is just 21 years old, she has gone through a lot in her life. Through her songs, Bean aims to connect with fans that are living the joys, sorrows and dreams that everyone faces. Bean is especially passionate about empowering young people to embrace who they are, find their inner-confidence, and reach their full-potential which she does through her song-writing and her connections with her fan community.
Cops and Robbers marks the first single off the self-titled EP Bean. It was featured on iHeart Radio and can currently be found in 167 malls across the country through the AKOO Network.
