Nomenklatur was born after the meeting of Olivier Brucker and Olivier Rossi, two militants of the French underground techno scene during a party in Ostgut Berlin, actually knows as Berghain. They decided to first build a studio, full of analog machines, and release their first album "Gift of Ages" in 2009 on Space Factory, label run by David Carretta. A first album, spreading a dark and barefacedness techno well considered and influenced by the new wave.
