Red-headed athlete-turned-musician Dan Godlin spent his high school years jumping back & forth between two lives: that of a rough and tough football captain and that of a sensitive, heartfelt musician. In college, Dan choose to follow music, despite being scouted by Ivy League Schools for his two consecutive record-breaking seasons.
Taking his pop/rock cues from bands like Matchbox Twenty, The Goo Goo Dolls, Counting Crows, and the Fray, Godlin recorded his first album, ("Loving on Empty") in 2011, which garnered a spot on the top 200 Hot Adult Contemporary Charts, and a number 3 spot on Channel One's iHeart Radio's New!. Godlin was also named Channel One's Artist of the Month and was nominated for Artist of the Year in 2012. In addition, Dan has performed on the Camplifield Summer Tour and had a single hit on the Canadian TV SHOW Degrassi: The Next Generation ("Did She Look - March 2013).
In April 2013, he came out with a follow-up EP called ("In Between"), which deals with the struggle of the 20-somethings generation trying to find their way in the real world. This year Godlin performed at the 9th Annual MUSEXPO event in Hollywood and had 3 songs air on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" on E! in early summer. His new single "Where We Belong" is currently circulating American Airlines' most popular radio station The Hit List!
