John Dahlb?ck, born October 13th 1985, is a Swedish house music producer and DJ currently based in London, UK.
Dahlb?ck is also the owner and founder of Pickadoll Records, with releases by, apart from his own work, artists like Sébastien Léger and Dada Life. He has recorded minimal techno under the alias Hug and as Hugg&Pepp together with his cousin and fellow producer Jesper Dahlb?ck. Remixes include Kleerup's "Longing for Lullabies" and Alanis Morissette's "Underneath".
He made an appearance with a set on Pete Tong's The Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1 on October 4, 2008.
His track "Don't Speak" features on Disc 2 of Ti?sto's In Search of Sunrise 6: Ibiza album.
Dahlb?ck's debut album Mutants was released in May 2010. He also runs Mutants Records which is the home for artist like Albin Myers, Lunde Bros, Swanky Tunes and others.
John Dahlb?ck plays the Together Winter Music Festival in London at the Alexandra Palace on Saturday 26th November. In December 2011, he also did his first appearance in S?o Paulo, Brazil on the XXXperience festival together with The Prodigy, Sander Van Doorn and Steve Aoki. NYE 2011 John Dahlb?ck played at Magnetic Island in Australia alongside Tommy Trash.
